The present invention relates to a method for preparing a highly dispersed epoxy-inorganic nano/microparticle hybrid resin, which has no aggregation, by using a sol-gel technique without a separate mechanical dispersion apparatus in mixing an epoxy resin with an inorganic nano/microparticles, and to a method for preparing a highly dispersed epoxy-inorganic nano/microparticle hybrid resin. The method for preparing an epoxy-inorganic nano/microparticle hybrid resin comprises the steps of: mixing an organic solvent dispersion silica sol obtained by modifying the surface of a high purity nano-silica sol, which is prepared from a tetravalent alkoxysilane in a high temperature reaction condition, with a base material of epoxy and a curing agent thereof, respectively, and removing catalyst by-products to prepare a base material of epoxy, which has dispersed silica nanoparticles, and a curing agent, which has dispersed silica nanoparticles, respectively and dispersing micro inorganic particles in an organic solvent and modifying the surface so as to prepare a micro inorganic particle dispersion liquid dispersed in an organic solvent; inputting the micro inorganic particle dispersion liquid to the base material of epoxy, which has the dispersed silica nanoparticles, and to the curing agent of epoxy, which has the dispersed silica nanoparticles, and removing respective organic solvents so as to prepare a base material of epoxy-inorganic particle nano/micro hybrid and a curing agent of epoxy-inorganic particle nano/micro hybrid, respectively; and mixing and hardening the base material and the curing agent and preparing an expoxy-inorganic nano/microparticle hybrid resin. |
