PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to improve the correction accuracy of a distortion compensation coefficient.SOLUTION: In a radio device 10, a multiplier 11 compensates for distortion of a transmission signal by using a distortion compensation coefficient held in a distortion compensation coefficient table and corresponding to the amplitude value of a transmission signal. Then, an amplifier 16 amplifies a transmission signal whose distortion has been compensated, and outputs it. An impulse generating section 12 generates an impulse not to be transmitted and having an amplitude not smaller than a predetermined value. A measuring section 20 measures an amplitude change pattern when an impulse is input to the amplifier 16 or both the amplitude change pattern and a phase change pattern. A correcting section 21 corrects the distortion compensation coefficient table on the basis of the measured amplitude change pattern or both the measured amplitude change pattern and phase change pattern. |
