PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic capacitance type touch panel sensor substrate that deteriorates neither external appearance nor reliability even when lead-out wiring is formed by a printing method, and a display device using the same.SOLUTION: In an electrostatic capacitance type touch panel sensor substrate, a frame layer 20 provided at the outer periphery of a display area 30, a sensor layer, and a plurality of lead-out wirings drawn out of the sensor layer are formed on a substrate 50. The height of the plurality of lead-out wirings 6 from the substrate 50 at the outer periphery side is formed lower than the maximum, which is the height of a lead-out wiring at the innermost periphery of the frame layer 20 adjoining the display area 30. The lead-out wiring 6 of the innermost periphery of the frame layer 20 is formed on an insulation layer 5 and other lead-out wirings 6 are formed in a gap of the insulation layer 5. |
