The height of the plurality of lead-out wirings 6 from the substrate 50 at the outer periphery side is formed lower than the maximum, which is the height of a lead-out wiring at the innermost periphery of the frame layer 20 adjoining the display area 30. The lead-out wiring 6 of the innermost periphery of the frame layer 20 is formed on an insulation layer 5 and other lead-out wirings 6 are formed in a gap of the insulation layer 5.
