<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film transistor display plate that realizes a stable electrode connection by increasing a numerical aperture.SOLUTION: The thin film transistor display plate according to the present invention includes: an insulation substrate; a gate line that is located on the insulation substrate, and includes a gate electrode and a gate pad part; a semiconductor film that is formed on the insulation substrate where the gate line is formed via a gate insulation film; a data line that insulatedly intersects the gate line, and includes a source electrode formed on the semiconductor film and the gate pad part; a drain electrode that is formed on the semiconductor film, facing the source electrode; an organic insulation film that is located on a first protection film on the data line and the drain electrode, and includes a first contact hole; a common electrode that is located on the organic insulation film, and includes a second contact hole; a second protection film that is located on the common electrode, and includes a third contact hole; and a pixel electrode that is located on the second protection film and contacts with the drain electrode through the third contact hole. The third contact hole is located adjacent to one surface of the first contact hole.</p> |
