<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winning device capable of preventing game balls within a guide passage from being stagnated, and effectively preventing occurrence of irregular ball entering, and a game machine.SOLUTION: The winning device includes: a winning port that a game ball flowing down in a game area provided to a game board can enter; an opening/closing body which allows or blocks entering of a game ball into the winning port by opening/closing operations; a falling passage that communicates with the winning port and extends substantially in a vertical direction; a specific area including a ball-entering port that a game ball can enter and which is provided in the middle of the falling passage; a distribution opening/closing body which moves back and forth in the inside/outside of the ball-entering port in the specific area for guiding the game ball flowing down along the falling passage to the ball-entering port in the specific area while protruding to the side of the falling passage; and a non-specific area including a ball-entering port that a game ball can enter and which is provided at a downstream side of the falling passage.</p> |
