An apparatus for processing a radar signal according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a transmitting unit to radiate a plurality of divided band penetration signals modulated from a plurality of baseband signals based on a channel frequency to a target object; a receiving unit to receive a plurality of reflected signals reflected from the target object to construct a combined band response signal; and a control unit to set the channel frequency to get at least some bands of adjacent divided band penetration signals among the plurality of divided band penetration signals to overlap.
