A variable intake system for a vehicle is disclosed. The disclosed variable intake system for a vehicle is for controlling the amount of intake air, according to an operational condition of an engine and can include: i) an air cleaner connected to an intake duct to form a flow path of intake air in an inner part; ii) a battery assembly mounted on a flow path of intake air in the air cleaner to form a number of cooling routes for intake air flow; iii) and a valve body installed inside the air cleaner to selectively change flow path of intake air.
