The present invention relates to a system and a method for managing waiting. More particularly, a device for managing waiting comprises: a communications part of near field communication with a terminal device; a waiting storage part having information on a waiting; a waiting register part for assigning a waiting number to the terminal device, transmitting the assigned waiting number to the terminal device and registering the waiting number in the waiting register part if the terminal device is tagged via the communications part and tagging information including terminal information is received; and a notification part for transmitting the information on one′s turn to corresponding terminal device according to the waiting number stored in the waiting storage part. |
