PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-supplying apparatus including a clamp circuit capable of effectively clamping, at a low clamp voltage, a negative voltage surge due to back electromotive force occurring in an inductive load.SOLUTION: A power-supplying apparatus includes: a semiconductor element for output provided between a power-supply line and an output terminal, and supplying power to an inductive load connected to the output terminal by being switching-driven; and a clamp circuit clamping a voltage applied between the power-supply line and the output terminal caused by back electromotive force occurring in the inductive load at the time of turn-off of the semiconductor element for output with reference to an operating reference voltage of the semiconductor element for output. |
