PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical ablation catheter hardly causing concentration of cautery parts.SOLUTION: A medical ablation catheter 1 includes: a plurality of wires 2a-2d disposed in parallel to one another; cautery parts 3a-3d provided on the wires 2a-2d respectively; and a cylindrical member 4 for storing the wires 2a-2s. The wires 2a-2s are configured to be stored in the cylindrical member 4 and to advance to a distal side outside the cylindrical member 4. The wires 2a-2d revolve about the axial direction of the cylindrical member 4 at least at one sections of the parts advancing to the distal side outside the cylindrical member 4 and the revolving directions of all the wires 2a-2d are the same.
