PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner for electrostatic charge image development, configured to prevent molten toner particles from being excessively transferred to a fixing member (referred to as hot-offset).SOLUTION: Toner for electrostatic charge image development includes toner particles containing: a binder resin including polyester resin which forms a sea part of a sea-island structure and vinyl resin which forms an island part of the sea-island structure; and a domain-like mold-releasing agent. In a cutting plane of the toner particle to be observed by a scanning electron microscope (TEM), when a peripheral length of a cross section of a domain of the mold-releasing agent is L, and a length of a part of the peripheral length L of the cross section, in contact with the vinyl resin, is Ls, 0.60≤Ls/L≤0.90 is satisfied.
