PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam turbine forced cooling device capable of improving a cooling effect at low cost with a simple equipment configuration using equipment easy to obtain, a steam turbine system including the steam turbine forced cooling device, and a steam turbine forced cooling method.SOLUTION: Ejectors 27 and 28 for suction of cooling air using a compression medium other than steam as a drive source are used for the suction of the cooling air from a steam introduction side of a high pressure turbine 4 or an intermediate pressure turbine 9, the cooling air is introduced from a steam discharge portion of a steam turbine into an interior of the turbine, and ambient air is discharged from the ejectors 27 and 28.
