<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle device capable of notifying a suitable external institution of emergency when emergency such as theft and harm on vehicle occurs on a vehicle which is parked and when an owner of the vehicle cannot cope with.SOLUTION: The on-vehicle device comprises: an abnormality detection part 1 for detecting abnormality of a vehicle; a vehicle state acquisition part 2 for acquiring a video of inside of the vehicle; and a security control part 5 for specifying an abnormal state of the vehicle based on abnormality detected by the abnormality detection part 1, and a video acquired by the vehicle state acquisition part 2, then determining whether the abnormality is an abnormality having high importance or not, and when it is determined that the abnormality has high importance, instructing to notify of the abnormal content to a notification destination which was registered in advance. Therefore during emergency such as harm on vehicle and theft on a vehicle which is parked, even when an owner of the vehicle cannot cope with, notification to a suitable external institution is performed, so that quick correspondence is achieved.</p> |
