The present invention relates to a different metal welding device for monel welding. According to the present invention, the different metal welding device for monel welding comprises: a fixated assembly having a jig part to fixate a material for different metal welding, a rotation part to rotate the jig part, and a turning part to turn the rotation part; a support vertically installed while being close to the fixated assembly; an inverse L-shaped primary Z-axis moving assembly moving along a support in a Z-axis direction; an X-axis moving assembly installed to move in an X-axis direction along a rail formed on the top of the Z-axis moving assembly; a secondary Z-axis moving assembly moving in the Z-axis direction along a rail vertically installed in an end of the X-axis moving assembly; a Y-axis moving assembly installed in the secondary Z-axis moving assembly to move in a Y-axis direction; and a welding part installed in the Y-axis moving assembly to weld the material mounted on the fixated assembly. The present invention obtains reliable welding quality by preventing incomplete penetration, and undercuts by enhancing a welding posture.
