According to the present invention, disclosed is an indentation marking device for automotive panels. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the device comprises a base frame mounted in front of the plate at the end of robot arms; a first moving unit that includes a moving plate movable from left to right on the base frame; a first moving block on the moving plate mounted in ways to move left to right from the moving plate through a motor; a second moving unit that includes a first rail block; a third moving unit connected with the first moving block that includes the second moving block connected through cylindrical up-and-down movements; and a laser unit mounted on the second moving block on third moving unit that marks a vehicle identification number by irradiating a laser beam on the panel by the movements of the first, second, and third moving units and cleans the panel by irradiating a laser beam on the upper part of the vehicle identification number.
