PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bubble spray nozzle and a method of adjusting the air bubble spray nozzle.SOLUTION: An air bubble spray single-hole nozzle which can have a spray cone angle adjusted and is low in pressure and small in flow rate includes: an internal member of a multi-channel air intake structure or cyclone groove air intake structure having a two-layer or multi-layer sealed groove; a diffusion type conic spray hole; and an external member having a screw hole and a gas-liquid intake quick joint. The nozzle is assembled by inserting the internal member directly into the external member. The internal and external members are hermetically sealed with an O type rubber ring, and fixed by using a screw, and the space formed of both serves as a mixing chamber. The internal member of the present invention has relatively small flow resistance and keep the pressure in the mixing chamber within a relatively high range, and the nozzle has relatively high spray efficiency. An air bubble flow formed in a gas-liquid two-phase mixing process is uniform and stable in the mixing chamber, and excellent and stable spray effects can be obtained under a condition of a low gas-liquid mass flow rate (0.07-0.1). |
