PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform planning of a good quality cast plan that is excellent in lot aggregation, process load leveling, and delivery period optimality for an entire planning period, and satisfies a complex casting constraint difficult to be solved with a mathematical optimization technique, in a practical time.SOLUTION: In first optimization calculation means 106, an evaluation function represented by a weighted linear sum of an evaluation value on process load leveling and the like is made to be minimum or maximum within a range that satisfies delivery steel amount constraint, and an appropriation frame for each product type is calculated with a mathematical optimization technique. In second optimization calculation means 108, a cast plan is calculated with a search technique using an initial value of the cast plan prepared on the basis of the appropriation frame for each product type so that an evaluation function represented by a weighted linear sum of the number of violations of a casting constraint on product quality and the like becomes minimum or maximum within a range that satisfies a constraint condition including the delivery steel amount constraint. |
