摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an internal combustion engine which can suppress the lowering of the controllability of an intake air amount.SOLUTION: A control device of an internal combustion engine stores a characteristic value indicating displacement between an index value of an intake air amount which is actually detected, and a reference value of an intake air amount which is estimated from an opening of a throttle valve as a learning value by associating the characteristic value with an opening of the throttle valve when the index value is detected. Then, the control device calculates a characteristic value at an opening at which learning is not completed by liner interpolation using each learning value, in association with each opening. Then, the control device learns a characteristic of the throttle valve on the basis of the characteristic value which is associated with each opening, and reflects the characteristic to the control of the intake air amount. Furthermore, at an initial engine operation after the learning value is initialized, the control device updates the learning value in the opening of the throttle valve at which an engine rotation speed becomes lower than an idle rotation speed by storing a value which is equal to the learning value at the smallest opening at which the learning is already completed out of openings at which the engine rotation speed reaches the idle rotation speed or higher.
