PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pole-top facility installing device that is prevented from hanging down when being mounted on a top of a utility pole and by aging or the like and can be reduced in weight as much as possible.SOLUTION: A pole-top facility installing device 1', which is used for installing a pole-top facilities such as overhead ground wire on a top of a pole 2 such as a utility pole, comprises: band members 11 that are attached to the top of the pole 2 and wound around and fixed to the top; a separating member 12' that extends upward from the band members 11 to separate from the top of the pole 2; an overhead ground wire supporting member 15 that is provided above the separating member 12' and supports overhead ground wire; and stopper members 14 that are attached to positions above a position to which the band members 11 are attached in the separating member 12' and protrude toward the top of the pole 2 to contact the top of the pole 2. |
