PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device capable of reducing a management message even when performing different setting for each VLAN.SOLUTION: A communication device 200 includes: communication ports 201; a storage unit 203 that stores management information for performing communication according to a virtual network assigned to each of the communication ports 201, for each piece of identification information for identifying the virtual network; and a control unit 204 that receives a plurality of pieces of identification information for identifying each of a plurality of virtual networks that update management information, and updates a plurality of pieces of management information respectively corresponding to the received plurality of pieces of identification information, out of the management information pieces stored in the storage unit 203.
