PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device capable of changing wireless LAN setting without interrupting communication.SOLUTION: A radio communication device 20 according to the invention comprises: a wireless LAN communication unit 21 for communicating by using wireless LAN setting contents before change; a wireless LAN communication unit 22 for communicating by using wireless LAN setting contents after change; a network communication unit 27 for performing communication with an external device 10 connected via a network 11; a wireless LAN setting information notification unit 23 for notifying a communication terminal 30 having tried connection by using the wireless LAN setting contents before change of the wireless LAN setting contents after change via the wireless LAN communication unit 21; and a data communication control unit 25 for relaying data communicated between a communication terminal 40 that has tried connection by using the wireless LAN setting contents after change and the external device 10 by using the wireless LAN communication unit 22 and the network communication unit 27.
