PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit that can reduce the impairment of uniformity in association with a reduction in the width of a frame, and a display device and an electronic apparatus including the same.SOLUTION: A drive circuit includes a signal line drive circuit that outputs a data pulse to each signal line in each one horizontal period, a scanning line drive circuit that sequentially outputs a selection pulse to each signal line in one frame period, and a power source circuit that continues to output a constant voltage to a power source line in one frame period. The data pulse consists of a signal voltage corresponding to a video signal, and a first fixed voltage or a second fixed voltage (first fixed voltage<second fixed voltage). |
