PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a power reserve of an existing movement by reducing power discharged to an escapement without modifying a basic gear train.SOLUTION: There is provided a mechanical timepiece movement including at least one energy storage means that is supplied with power by a ratchet driven by at least one winding mechanism and powers a going train. The movement includes first energy take-up means 6 connected to at least one wheel set of the going train by at least one first elastic connection. The first energy take-up means 6 cooperates with at least one wheel set 8 that drives the ratchet, meshes with the ratchet to power the energy storage means by reinjecting a part of the energy taken up by the energy take-up means 6. The wheel set 8 that drives the ratchet is not couplable under the action of at least one uncoupling mechanism 9 active during the operation of a winding mechanism. |
