The present invention provides a new structuralization method for producing a thin cut fiber comprising a plurality of fiber pieces through a step for functionalizing fibrous materials and bundling together and thinly cutting the fibers, and develops an ultra-low cost bio platform capable of performing a multiplex bioassay on the basis of the fiber bundle pieces.
