摘要 The present invention relates to an engine control method in accordance to a purifying efficiency of a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) and a purifying system using thereof configured to control an engine mainly be operated with fuel efficiency depending on the purifying efficiency of the SCR installed to purify exhaust gas. According to the present invention, an engine control method depending on the purifying efficiency of an SCR catalyzer comprises: (S120) an operating state input step of receiving the temperature of the SCR catalyzer installed to a vehicle loaded with a diesel engine, purifying efficiency of the SCR catalyzer and cooling a water temperature; (S130) a fuel efficiency entrance determining step of determining whether the engine satisfies a fuel efficiency mode entrance conditions in accordance to data inputted in the operating state input stage (S120); and (S150) a fuel mode operating step of controlling combustion of the engine such that the engine may mainly be operated with fuel efficiency, and an SCR catalyzer purifying system to which an engine control method is applied depending on the purifying efficiency of the SCR catalyzer applied to an engine control method depending on the purifying efficiency of the SCR catalyzer.
