COSMETIC COMPOSITION CONTAINING CURCUMA EXTRACTS AND CAMELLIA LEAF EXTRACTS

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing a turmeric (Curcuma longa) extract and camellia (Camellia japonica) leaf extract. More specifically, the cosmetic composition contains the turmeric extract and camellia leaf extract in a weight ratio of 10:3 to 10:10. Even though the high cohesion and viscosity of the turmeric extract makes the turmeric extract hard to be formulated as a cosmetic composition, the present invention mixes the turmeric extract with the camellia leaf extract to address the difficulty, thereby providing the cosmetic composition with excellent anti-oxidizing and anti-microbial capabilities.
