The purpose of the present invention is to provide a canned motor pump having improved heat dissipation enabling heat dissipation to be performed toward a space where a fluid flows in a space having a controller using a peltier element in order to appropriately dissipate heat generated in the controller at proper time to prevent the controller from being broken down and to prevent malfunction. More specifically, another purpose of the present invention is to provide the canned motor pump having improved heat dissipation composed to enable the peltier element to come in contact with a coolant in order to improve efficiency of heat transmission to significantly increase a heat dissipation effect during heat dissipation through the peltier elemet.
