<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the usage of adhesive to be required for end seal materials.SOLUTION: A filter element 40 includes a pleated filter part 41, a seal member 43 provided at an outer peripheral edge of the filter part 41, and end seal materials 42 for sealing regions encircled by ends in ridge line directions of pleats of the filter part 41 and the seal member 43. The seal member 43 is provided between mountain parts 41a and valley parts 41b of the pleats of the filter part 41. The end seal materials 42 are provided for sealing both regions encircled by the seal member 43 and the mountain parts 41a and regions encircled by the seal member 43 and the valley parts 41b.</p> |
