PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a respondent to select a desired choice further from among registered choices as executing a questionnaire by forming a free answer obtained from the respondent as a new choice, and to enable the respondent to easily grasp what kind of answers are made by all respondents without verifying contents of free answers one by one by automatically forming the free answers as choices in the questionnaire.SOLUTION: When receiving answer information about a choice arbitrarily selected by the respondent for a question on the questionnaire from a respondent terminal 2, a totalization processing unit 13 totalizes answer information for each question. On the other hand, when receiving a free answer as an answer for the question, a choice registration unit 14 forms the free answer as a new choice, and registers the free answer in a questionnaire storage unit 1A. Further, the totalization processing unit 13 performs totalization by considering the free answer as selection of a new choice formed from the free answer in response to the reception of the free answer. |
