<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve light extraction efficiency in an organic light emitting element and the like.SOLUTION: An organic light emitting element 10 comprises an anode layer 12, a dielectric layer 13, a hole 17 formed to pierce the anode layer 12 and the dielectric layer 13, a translucent conductive layer 14, an organic semiconductor layer 15 including a luminescent layer 15a and a cathode layer 16. The dielectric layer 13 has a refraction index lower than that of the translucent conductive layer 14 and the organic semiconductor layer 15. The translucent conductive layer 14 has electrical conductivity within a range from 10S/cm to 10S/cm. A lowest point 151 of the organic semiconductor layer 15, which is located closest to the substrate 11 lies between a first position P1 which is inside the dielectric layer 13 from a boundary surface between the dielectric layer 13 and the anode layer 12 by a distance of 2/3 of a film thickness of the dielectric layer 13 in a depth direction of the hole 17, and a second position P2 which is inside the anode layer 12 from the boundary surface by a distance of 1/3 of the film thickness of the dielectric layer 13 in the depth direction.</p> |
