Provided is a separator membrane for water treatment containing polysulfone and porous metal organic frameworks (MOFs), and a manufacturing method thereof. The provided separator membrane for water treatment according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a support layer containing polysulfone and porous MOFs; and an active layer. According to the present invention, the separator membrane for water treatment can increase porosity and hydrophilicity of the separator membrane for water treatment, and reduce the resistance of the surface of the separator membrane for water treatment.
