The present invention provides a method of receiving an agreement-containing file for a user terminal. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method comprises the steps of: (a) requesting a server to receive a file requiring an agreement; (b) displaying a fingerprint input request to confirm whether the agreement of the file is fulfilled by a user and recognizing a fingerprint input from the user so as to perform a fingerprint authentication; (c) transmitting a result of the fingerprint authentication to the server; and (d) receiving an agreement-containing file generated in the server based on the authentication result from the server.
