A spot monitoring apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a monitoring module equipped with a thermo-graphic camera which films facilities; a sensing unit which detects abnormality of the facilities based on the information delivered from the monitoring module; a control unit which loads and transmits an emergency behavioral know-how and information of a facility with an occurrence of malfunction, based on the signal delivered from the sensing unit; and a display unit composed of a glasses with a lens and a frame, which displays the information delivered from the control unit on the lens.
