The present invention relates to a self-protection accessory with an improved structure so a user can immediately notify an emergency situation to the outside and receive practical help. The self-protection accessory according to the present invention comprises: a case wherein a space part is formed inside; a signal generation part which transmits an emergency signal to a manager in the way of wireless communications; a power generation part which is installed to be able to rotate inside the space part of the case, generates power while rotating, and supplies the generated power to the signal generation part; and a driving part which transmits external force applied by the user in order to rotate the power generation part to the power generation part.
