A medicine package discharge module for a medicine packing apparatus includes: a support frame which is installed on a medicine packing apparatus; a carrier guide which is formed on the support frame to guide a medicine package which is packaged by the medicine packing apparatus according to the prescription; an admission roller which is rotated and supported by the support frame and which inserts the medicine package into the space between the roller and the carrier guide; a directional control roller which is rotated and supported by the support frame and which receives the medicine package during the rotation of the admission roller into the space between the roller and the carrier guide and changes the direction of the package; a discharge guide which is integrated with the carrier guide, receives the medicine package of which the direction is changed by the directional control roller, and discharges the package to the outside; a rotating unit which rotates the admission roller and the directional control roller; and a control unit which controls the rotating unit.
