<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for checking an electric car having a power supply system using a plurality of storage batteries connected in series, or a power supply system where a plurality of storage battery cells constitute one storage battery, off-line.SOLUTION: A storage battery voltage monitoring device is constituted of a voltage measurement terminal including a plurality of voltage measurement sensors 14, and a measuring terminal changeover device 15 capable of selecting the plus side and minus side electrodes of individual voltage measurement sensors 14 when measuring the voltage, a wireless data link connecting the voltage measurement terminal and a storage battery performance determination device for determining the quality or necessity of exchange of the voltage measurement terminal and storage battery, and a storage battery performance determination device mounting software for determining the quality and propriety of exchange of storage battery, by getting the voltage data in time series from the wireless data link.</p> |
