The present invention controls a power-saving operation mode in accordance with indoor CO_2 concentration, thereby saving energy as the operation time of air conditioning equipment is shortened through the power-saving operation mode. In case the indoor CO_2 concentration exceeds predetermined CO_2 concentration in the power-saving operation mode, the power-saving operation mode is controlled to be stopped for preventing an indoor air environment from being deteriorated to provide a comfortable indoor environment.
