The present invention relates to a non-aqueous electrolyte solution and a lithium secondary battery including the same and, more specifically, a non-aqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery including lithium salt and a non-aqueous solution wherein the non-aqueous electrolyte solution has lithium difluorobis oxalato phosphate, lithium difluorobis oxalate borate or an additive which is a mixture thereof, and 0.2-0.5 wt% of the additive is included for the non-aqueous electrolyte solution. In the present invention, the non-aqueous electrolyte solution has a small amount of lithium difluorobis oxalato phosphate or lithium difluorobis oxalato borate, thereby relatively maintaining low resistance at low state of charge (SOC) and high resistance at high state of charge (SOC) and improving capacity and longevity of batteries while having stabilization of batteries.
