The present invention relates to a porous structure and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the porous structure contains polymerase chain reaction (PCR) primers inside of pores, and thus only a surface used for amplification and detection in the case of a general structure. Contrary to the general structure, the porous structure can maximize reactivity by using the inside of the structure. In addition, the present invention can simultaneously detect and analyze a variety of target nucleic acids in real time by varying the sorts of primers included in each of the inside structures, and useful in real-time multiplex real-time PCR.
