The present invention relates to a semiconductor device, an operating method thereof, and a semiconductor system having the same, and more particularly, to a technology which can reduce a data read time of a memory cell of a semiconductor device. The present invention includes: a page buffer which can read the data of the memory cell array according to a bias enable signal; and a control logic which can generate a bias enable signal and a bias pre-charge signal in order to control a read operation of the memory cell array. The control logic is characterized in that the control logic activates a bias enable signal and a bias pre-charge signal prior to the activation of a ready/busy signal which notifies that the data outputted by the memory cell array when the read operation is permitted to the page buffer. |
