PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system to enable low-bandwidth intelligent agent modules to provide secure, reliable, one-way traffic, asynchronous concurrent file transport.SOLUTION: An onsite Intranet 106 is protected by enterprise firewalls 108 and a proxy 104 that prevent inbound connections. A user 119 utilizing a central system Intranet 114 or a remote user 134 connected to an outside Internet 130 establishes a connection to a remote enterprise server 118. The remote enterprise server 118 establishes a connection with an enterprise tunneling server 116. The users 119, 134 then establish a user initiated remote desktop protocol (RDP) session to an onsite monitoring system 110. Communication security is provided using TLS/SSL based tunneling.
