<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the need of encryption or the like in accordance with items of data or the like, to perform encryption processing and to decrypt data on which the encryption processing has been performed, in a technology for encrypting data and storing the data in an application server.SOLUTION: An encryption control device includes: means for acquiring cipher data by encrypting data meeting a predetermined condition if the data are present in a request message to the application server, and transmitting to the application server a request message storing data with cipher data presence identification information including the cipher data and cipher data presence identification information indicating the presence of the cipher data; and means for acquiring data by extracting the cipher data on the basis of the cipher data presence identification information, and decrypting the cipher data in the case where a response message including the data with the cipher data presence identification information is received from the application server.</p> |
