<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal oscillator that is able to reduce a difference between a temperature obtained by conversion of a voltage output from a temperature-sensitive element and the actual ambient temperature of a crystal element.SOLUTION: A crystal oscillator comprises: a rectangular substrate 110a; a frame body 110b provided on the upper surface of the substrate 110a; a mounting frame body 160 having a joint pad 161 provided along the peripheral edges of the upper surface and provided on the underside of the substrate 110a by joining the joint pad 161 and a joint terminal 112 provided along the peripheral edges of the underside of the substrate 110a; a crystal element 120 mounted on an electrode pad 111 which is an area surrounded by the frame body 110b and is provided on the upper surface of the substrate 110a; a temperature-sensitive element 150 mounted on a connection pad 115 which is an area surrounded by the mounting frame body 160 and is provided on the underside of the substrate 110a; and a lid body 130 joined to the upper surface of the frame body 110b.</p> |
