<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet printer capable of easily performing pressure management in an ink circulation system.SOLUTION: An ink jet printer includes: a plurality of ink jet heads; a first tank; a plurality of first tubes; a second tank; a plurality of second tubes; a third tank; a first pump; a liquid level sensor; a controller; and a second pump. The second tank has airtightness. The third tank is connected to the second tank and the first tank via a conduit tube and stores ink fed from the second tank as ink to be supplied again to the first tank. The first pump flows a fixed amount of ink from the second tank to the third tank. The controller determines amount of ink to be fed from the third tank to the first tank according to a liquid level of the first tank detected by a liquid level sensor. The second pump sends out the amount of ink determined by the controller from the third tank to the first tank.</p> |
