The present invention relates to a disposal of wastewater, and more particularly, to a disposal apparatus of waste water using plate type fixed filter media for disposing waste water which improves a disposal efficiency by delaying a disposal time of waste water through plate type fixed filter media installed in a staggered manner even if aeration in an aeration tank is stopped. To achieve this, the present invention provides the disposal apparatus of waste water using plate type fixed filter media for disposing waste water, which comprises: an aeration tank for injecting oxygen into waste water; and fixed filter media in which a plurality of first fixed filter media and second fixed filter media protrude in order to face each other as placed at intervals on both walls of the aeration tank. The fixed filter media are formed in a staggered manner so that each end of the first fixed filter media and the second fixed filter media is spaced from one another to be partly overlapped.
