The present invention relates to a sewing apparatus and a sewing method of a seat cover for a car, especially, generally sewing by a sewing needle of a sewing machine in a general sewing section fixed to a seat of the car, dividing the general sewing section and a precise sewing section of the seat cover by a section dividing element by having two seat covers for the precise sewing by the sewing needle in the precise sewing section formed in an opening portion of the seat cover where an airbag comes out, sensing the general sewing section and the precise sewing section of the seat cover by the sensing element, judging whether it is normal or not by calculating the number of stitch and a stitch length by sensing the number of a reciprocating motion of the sewing needle which sews a sewing thread entangled on the seat cover by a control box installed in the sewing machine after enabling to manage tension of the sewing thread entangled which sews on the seat cover by a tension control apparatus attached in a front surface portion of the sewing machine, enabling to output a bar code with a company name, a production date, a left and right seat availability, the number of stitch, a result of test, a sewing machine number, etc while a bar code printer, which is connected to the control box, operates, reflecting the bar code to a bar code reader installed in one side portion of the sewing machine and storing a content in the control box, and installing the airbag sewed the bar code together in the general sewing section of the seat cover. |
