PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclaiming apparatus and method, and a recovery device of CO, HS or both thereof.SOLUTION: The reclaiming apparatus includes: a reclaimer 51 which introduces through a branch line L, a part 17a of absorption liquid 17 regenerated in a generation column of a recovery device for recovering COor HS in gas and stores the introduced absorption liquid 17; a first alkali agent supply part 53A which supplies an alkali agent 52 to the reclaimer 51; a heating part 54 for heating the absorption liquid 17 which is stored in the reclaimer 51 and in which the alkali agent 52 is mixed, and thereby obtaining recovery steam 61; a steam cooler 55A which cools the recovery steam 61 discharged from the reclaimer 51 via a steam line L; a first gas-liquid separator 56A which separates coexistent material 62 entrained by the cooled recovery steam 61 and performs gas-liquid separation into recovery absorption agent steam (gas) 17b and the liquid coexistent material 62; and an introduction line Lfor introducing the recovery absorption agent steam 17b separated in the first gas-liquid separator 56A to the regeneration column 20.
