<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation 1 and a method for production of a sandwich panel which enable smooth production of a panel formation body 2A in a short time and contribute to improvement of productivity.SOLUTION: A panel formation body 2A is formed by adhering an upper surface material 8 and a lower surface material 9 to a foamable synthetic resin material S in a frame body 2. The bonding of the upper surface material 8 and the lower surface material 9 to the frame body 2 is made tight and strong by cutting excess part pushed out from the panel formation body 2A, leading to enhanced rigidity of the whole of the sandwich panel 2A, integration into a streamline shape of the whole and improvement of the appearance. In a series of steps that the frame body 2, the upper surface material 8 and the lower surface material 9 are pushed out under the tractive force from upper rollers 5b and 5c and lower rollers 7b and 7c and conveyed to the outside, production of a panel formation body 2A is carried out smoothly in a short time, contributing to improvement of the productivity.</p> |
