<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejection head which reduces costs and can suppress drive fluctuation of a piezoelectric actuator while being capable of suppressing damage of the piezoelectric actuator, and further to provide a liquid ejection device.SOLUTION: A liquid ejection head comprises an actuator substrate 10 provided with a piezoelectric actuator 300 for causing changes of pressures of pressure generating chambers 12 communicating with nozzle openings 21 for ejecting liquid. The piezoelectric actuator 300 comprises: individual electrodes 60 provided at an actuator substrate 10 side; piezoelectric layers 70 provided on the individual electrodes 60; and common electrodes 80 provided on the piezoelectric layers 70. Adhesive agents 200 for covering the common electrodes 80 are provided at end portions of active sections 310 substantially serving as driving sections of the piezoelectric actuator 300.</p> |
