<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening device and a fastening method which allow a check of whether or not a fastening member is fastened with intended set torque or higher, without loosening the fastening member.SOLUTION: A fastening device adjusts the output of a motor so that measurement torque measured by a torque detector 50 reaches first control starting torque set preliminarily, repeats stepwise increase and decrease and then reaches a first set torque. When the torque measurement reaches the first set torque set preliminarily, after the measurement torque reaches the first set torque, the fastening device adjusts the output of the motor so that, after a first fastening step of cutting off the power supply to the motor, the motor is driven at initial output smaller than that of the first fastening step and that, after the measurement torque measured by the torque detector reaches second control starting torque set preliminarily, repeats stepwise increase and decrease and then reaches second set torque set preliminarily. When the measurement torque reaches the second set torque, a second fastening step of cutting off power supply to the motor is executed.</p> |
